Our team will assist with all the technical setup through the Tour Amigo platform, however, in order to be eligible to distribute your products to GetYourGuide, you’ll need to meet GetYourGuide's eligibility requirements.

Commissions are based on the agreements between you and GetYourGuide. Your commission is agreed directly with GetYourGuide, however, for costing and profit-tracking purposes, we help you manage this through the Tour Amigo platform, ensuring all pricing and commission structures are handled seamlessly.

Once you load your tour details into the Tour Amigo platform, you will also need to load these into GetYourGuide. Once loaded in both platforms, we will help you sync the pricing and availability.

This will ensure that any pricing or availability updates will be automatically updated in both platforms, as well as any other platforms that you are distributing your tours to via Tour Amigo, including your own website.

To be listed on GetYourGuide, tour operators must meet specific criteria, including product quality, safety standards, and customer satisfaction. Our team will assist you with the approval process to ensure your tours meet all necessary standards.

Yes, you can! Even if you're not using our full suite of solutions, you can still take advantage of our connection with GetYourGuide using our Lite plan where you can load up your tours and have them seamlessly distributed on GetYourGuide (and other global distribution partners).

Tour Amigo’s technology automates your pricing and availability, and updates both directly on GetYourGuide, ensuring real-time accuracy without manual intervention.

If you make a booking through your own website, or one of Tour Amigo's partners, it will automatically update the availability in GetYourGuide, and vice versa.

If you're already signed up to GetYourGuide and selling your products, then great, you've already done half the work!

The benefit of also signing up to Tour Amigo and using our platform to manage your pricing and availability is that we can also synchronize your pricing and inventory across different distribution channels, not just GetYourGuide.
