It's charged on gross booking value across all channels, including direct website bookings, agent portal bookings and distribution bookings, with no caps and no minimums. Yes. You can move from Connect to Pro or Enterprise as you grow, or from Pro back to Connect if you're not using the advanced features. Our team handles the transition, but please note that you may have contractual obligations to fulfil when downgrading plans.
