The Latest Updates to Tour Amigo

Overview

You can now jump straight from a tour’s departure list into the booking journey for that exact tour and date, without needing to search for it manually first.

A new “Book Now” option has been added to each departure’s menu in Manage Tours > Instance Manager. Selecting it opens a new browser tab, already logged in as an agent, taken directly to that specific tour and date on your chosen booking site, skipping the manual steps of finding it through Search & Book.

Where to find it

1. Go to Manage Tours and open the relevant tour

2. Open the Instance Manage for that tour

3. Click the options menu on the departure row you want to book

4. Select “Book Now”

How it works

• A new tab opens, already logged in as an agent

• You land directly on that specific tour and departure date, rather than the full availability calendar

• From there, the booking journey continues as normal

• If your account has more than one journey available - shown as a dropdown above the Search & Book button - then “Book Now” will open using whichever journey is currently selected there

Things to keep in mind

• “Book Now” opens in a new browser tab, so make sure pop-ups aren’t blocked for your booking site.

• “Book Now” always uses the journey currently selected in the sidebar dropdown. If you need a different journey, switch it there before clicking “Book Now”.
