The Latest Updates to Tour Amigo

The Tour Amigo calendar widget that can be embedded into your own site has several layout options that you can configure in order to better customize the display:

This change adds the ability to set Tiered Base Pricing rules on the number of passengers in a booking

This change contains improvements to the “Private” flag on tours and tour instances which allows you to make whole tours or just specific dates of a tour private and not visible on your site.

You can now apply supplements and reductions to specific Package Tiers within Tour Commercial Rules.

The Date Switcher allows users to move existing bookings from one date to another on the same tour, using a simple step-by-step process. Users can select bookings and passengers to transfer, review pricing changes before confirming, and generate a new linked booking reference while keeping the original booking accessible. Any incomplete switches are automatically saved in the In Progress tab so they can be continued later.

A new setting has been added to Distribution Partner Commercial Configuration called Allow Contact Detail Input.

This new journey configuration option allows you to show a tour in the search results when a user searches for a specific month, even if all instances of the tour for that month are sold out.

A new filtering option has been added to the Outstanding Balance Report to improve how you search for unpaid balances.

This feature improves the existing Date Range button used when viewing reports. When creating a report, you can now choose which date field the Date Range filter will apply to when the report is run.

This feature allows you to show an ‘Enquire’ button instead of a ‘Sold Out’ button when the capacity of a departure is 0.
