We’ve updated the passenger details form to improve the accuracy of booking information by removing the default value for passenger date of birth.

Your booking started direct but now needs to go through a partner? Or needs reassigning to a different one? You can now update the Distribution Partner right from the Booking Overview page - just click the pencil icon, pick the new partner, and save. Simple, fast, and no more juggling bookings the hard way.

We’ve improved the Passenger Portal so customers can now see the latest version of their tour itinerary, even when itinerary content has been updated after their booking was made.

The One-Off Supplier Cost feature allows you to add a new supplier cost directly to an existing booking without needing to create a booking supplement or modify the contracts assigned to the tour.

This new feature separates "when a document should be sent" (Booking Type) from "who should receive it" (Target Recipient), giving you more flexibility when creating & maintaining your document schedules, while maintaining compatibility with existing document schedules.

The Tour Cleanup feature allows you to permanently delete tours that are no longer needed, helping keep your tour list organised and free from unused or incorrectly created tours.

We’ve made a number of improvements to pricing calculations to ensure customers see accurate and consistent prices throughout the booking journey.

This new integration allows partners to connect their Xero accounting workflow and send booking invoices and payment information from Tour Amigo to Xero.

The Financial Dashboard's Quick Payments section has been updated with new 'Tour' and 'Departure Date Range' filters to improve search precision, alongside backend enhancements for faster performance.
