The Latest Updates to Tour Amigo

You can now configure a separate home URL for agent users. This allows you to define a custom redirect URL that agents are sent to when they click the logo in the header.

This setting is in addition to the existing Home URL option, which applies to guest users.

Configure the Agent Home URL

1. Go to System Settings > Journey > Journey Settings

2. Enter the desired URL in the Agent Home URL field

   
   

When a logged-in agent clicks the logo on the whitelabel site, they will be redirected to the URL configured here.

Configure the Guest Home URL

The existing Home URL setting continues to apply to guest users and is managed from the same location.

1. Go to System Settings > Journey > Journey Settings

2. Enter the desired URL in the Home URL field

When a guest user clicks the logo on the whitelabel site, they will be redirected to the URL configured here.
