What's new

You can now include a distribution partner contact's email address as a column in custom reports, alongside their name. This makes it easy to export a combined list of partner names and emails, for example to build a mailing list for bulk communications.

How to add email to a report

1. Open the Reports builder via Reporting

2. Add a table to the report which exposes the Partner or Booking for Partner fields e.g. Bookings or Partner tables

3. Add another table to the same report, choosing a 'User' table, which will expose the Name and Email fields

4. Select Email (and Name, if needed) and update the preview to confirm the columns appear as expected

5. Save & Run the report as usual. The email column will be included in the on-screen results and in any exports of the report

Good to know

• Email is optional - deselect it if you only need names, as before

• Email values are pulled from the same partner contact details used elsewhere in Tour Amigo, so they'll stay in sync with any updates to that contact's profile
