This feature introduces a new ‘anytime’ search option in the booking journey that allows you to search tours from all months rather than a specific month.

Enabling ‘Anytime’ Search

‘Anytime’ search is configured on a per journey basis, for any journey type (public or agent), via Operations > System Settings > Journeys > Journey Settings. 

Two new configuration options are available:

• Anytime as default (optional)

• Anytime search option shown (must enable for ‘anytime’ option to show)

This config option enables the ‘Anytime’ option to show in the ‘when’ dropdown on your white label.

This config option then sets the ‘Anytime’ option as the pre-selected option in the ‘when’ dropdown instead of the next month, if desired. 

Display of ‘Anytime’ Search

When enabled, the ‘Anytime’ option is displayed at the top of the ‘When’ dropdown when performing a search on the site. If you enable the ‘anytime as default’ option then this will show as the pre-selected value too, as shown below:
