The Latest Updates to Tour Amigo

A new filtering option has been added to the Outstanding Balance Report to improve how you search for unpaid balances.

Payment schedules can vary depending on booking dates, tours, and special circumstances. This update makes it easier to identify balances due within a specific timeframe, improving accuracy and flexibility in reporting.

What’s new

• You can now filter results by Payment Due Date, in addition to the existing Departure Date filter

• Two new optional fields are available:

  • From Payment Due Date

  • To Payment Due Date

How this works

• The report can now be run based on when payments are due

• Due date filtering works independently of Departure Date fields meaning you don’t need to enter departure dates to use it

• Both new fields are optional:

  • Leaving From Payment Due Date blank will return all outstanding balances up to the selected To Payment Due Date

  • Leaving To Payment Due Date blank will return all outstanding balances from the From Payment Due Date to all future dates

  • You can also use both fields together to search within a specific date range

• The fields can be combined with other existing report fields as needed

  
  

How to use

• Go to Reporting > Standard Reports

• Select the Outstanding Balances report

• Choose the dates in the Payment Due Date fields as needed

• Run the report to view the filtered results
