Per Day Costings View on Bookings
What's changed
New bookings now record costings on a per-day basis, instead of automatically combining consecutive days into a single line. A new toggle on the Costings page lets you switch between two views:
Rolled-up view (default) - consecutive days for the same contract are grouped into one line, e.g. "Day 2-3: Hotel de Italia".
Unrolled view - each day is shown as its own line, e.g. "Day 2: Hotel de Italia" and "Day 3: Hotel de Italia" separately.
Totals reconcile exactly between the two views (allowing for normal currency rounding), and your chosen view is remembered as you navigate around the booking.

What you can now dow
Edit a single day within a multi-day stay - change the rate, room type or contract for just one day without affecting the rest.
Cancel a single day of a multi-day booking while leaving the other days untouched.
Swap contracts or rates on an individual day; the change is tracked as a cancel-and-rebook, so full history is preserved.
Record supplier payments against either an individual day or the rolled-up total. Adding a payment can be done from either view, but editing an existing payment is done from the individual day's costing.
Full costing history is retained for every swapped or cancelled costing, so you can always see what changed and when.
Documentation, Reports & Supplier Communications
Generated documents, supplier communications, reports, and the Handoff form all continue to show the correct rolled-up totals, with invoice and report totals reconciling exactly against the Costings page.
Existing Bookings
Bookings created before this change are unaffected. They keep their existing rolled-up costing structure, and the new toggle has no effect on them. No migration or data conversion is required.
