The Latest Updates to Tour Amigo

This feature allows you to show an ‘Enquire’ button instead of a ‘Sold Out’ button when the capacity of a departure is 0. 

This can be set up using existing ‘Enquiry Only Rules’ via Tour Commercial Rules.

Setting this up via Tour Commercial Rules

To set up a tour specific Enquiry Only rule, go to Tour Management > Tour Commercial Rules > Enquiry Rules.

Note: for LITE customers, this is set up via Commercial Overlay > Enquire Only Rules instead.

Availability Threshold

Use the ‘Availability Threshold’ to specify the remaining capacity that must be reached before the ‘Enquire’ button is displayed. 

For example, if you want the ‘Enquire’ button to show when a departure has completely sold out, set the ‘Availability Threshold’ to 0.

Other Conditions

This can be applied alongside the other rule conditions to provide more granular control over when and where the ‘Enquire’ button is displayed.

Other conditions on the rule allow you to:

• Apply the rule to a specific distribution partner only

• Apply to multiple tours at the same time

• Apply to specific departure date ranges

• Show the ‘Enquire’ button within X days of Departure

  
  

Display

When an enquiry only rule is enabled, an ‘Enquire’ button is shown beside tour departures in the availability calendar when the remaining spaces on that departure reaches the ‘Availability Threshold’ amount.
